Why I created this site

One of the highlights of my career has been leading amazing teams and talent across at large, complex global companies. I have led teams in Europe, Asia, the US and the Middle East. It has been an absolute privilege to watch members of my team grow and reach their potential.

Given the massive change going on in Finance globally, I set up this website to help anyone in need of advice on how to become a high-impact future Finance leader.

Who am I?

I am a senior finance leader with 20 years of experience in wide-ranging Finance roles covering the full spectrum from Strategy, Financial Planning and Analysis to Controllership and Investor Relations. I have been involved with several large-scale transformations (including M&A) across my career. This gives me a unique perspective to advise what it takes to make a real impact beyond the 'theory'.
